In case the consumer retracts the purchase and returns it, Papers gives the customer a 10 business days period to exercise their right to cancel the purchase contract, without any reason.

Cancellations must be sent by certified letter with acknowledgment of receipt to: contact@papersandorra.com, to the address indicated in clause 1.-. In this case, the consumer will pay a quarter of what was paid for the contracted service.

The price paid by the buyer for the good will be refunded in the same payment form used by the customer, as soon as possible from the date of delivery and receipt of the good.

The customer of Papers commits at all times to provide truthful information regarding the data requested in the user registration or order forms, and to keep them updated at all times.

The customer agrees to accept all the provisions and conditions contained in these General Conditions of Contracting, understanding that they reflect the best possible service will for the type of activity developed by Papers

In case of non-compliance by the customer of this obligation, Papers will have no responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivering the service requested by the customer.
